3. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
- Program: Clear Choice Lending Group SMS Alerts — recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including mortgage rate updates, loan application status alerts, document reminders, and appointment reminders.
- Enrollment: you opt in by submitting the SMS sign-up form on this site and checking the unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
- Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month).
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

- Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
