These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites of Clear Choice Lending Group, Inc. (“Clear Choice Lending Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including clearchoicelending.group and its subdomains (the “Site”), and your participation in our text message program. By using the Site or enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Clear Choice Lending Group, Inc. is a Florida corporation and licensed mortgage broker, NMLS #2026723, located at 440 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Suite 206, Sunrise, FL 33325. Verify our licensing at NMLS Consumer Access.
Clear Choice Lending Group provides mortgage broker communications for applicants. The Site and SMS program are for customer-care / account notifications about a mortgage application with us. They are not a marketing list and do not enroll you in affiliate or marketing-partner SMS programs.
2. No loan commitment
Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a commitment to lend, a loan approval, a rate lock, or financial advice. All loan programs are subject to credit approval, underwriting, program guidelines, and applicable law. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
3. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
- Program: Clear Choice Lending Group Loan Status Updates — automated informational and transactional text messages about your mortgage application or loan in process with us, including document requests, e‑signature reminders, application status and approval notifications, and appointment, closing, and funding reminders. This program does not include marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.
- Eligibility: this service is offered only to Clear Choice Lending Group clients with an active application, pre‑approval, or loan in process.
- Enrollment: you opt in during your loan application with your loan officer, or by submitting the enrollment form on this site and checking the unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and is not a condition of loan approval.
- Message frequency varies with your loan activity (typically 2–6 messages per month while your application is in process).
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or call (877) 322-2992 or email nosonyx@yahoo.com.
- Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Clear Choice Lending Group, Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Choice Lending Group, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the SMS program.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
